I have been a tenant here since January of this year and love it!! The office staff is very friendly and very accommidating!!! I have a dog and enjoy the pet walking park daily. I requested some minor maintenance repairs and the maintenace guy was here within minutes!! The next day I even got a call from the Manager to see if I was happy with the repairs. I highly recommend this place I will call home for a very long time.


Stonegate has been a great place to live for the past year. I have really enjoyed my time here. The office is very helpful. Grounds always look clean, and pretty quiet for the most part


I moved in the middle of June. I have a three bedroom apartment. It is very quiet around here. I couldn't have found a better place. My only complaint was my air condition kept conking out on me. Maintenance came over everytime I called until they finally fixed the problem.
When I was in the market it was between three different places. What made me decide to come here was how the office staff made me feel. I was working with Josh and he was really great. If I called (and I called often) and he wasn't in Jennifer or the manager (I think her name is Lynn) were very patient and answered all my questions. I also have a dog and they have a fenced in dog park. I have met alot of people that I probably wouldn't have if I didn't take her there.
Oh one last thing the maintenance men are really nice. One is really a hoot. He kinda looks like he should be an Elvis impersonator....he is hilarious. He also loves my dog.
